Notice is hereby given that Waccamaw Regional Transportation Authority dba The Coast RTA will make application to the South Carolina Dept. of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, and Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments for federal and/or state funding opportunities indicated below:
FY15 Section 5311 Rural $1,240,732
FY15 Section 5307 Urban $1,733,429
FY15 Section 5339 Bus & Bus Facilities $166,363
Said funding is to be used for general public transportation and projects, including administrative, operational, and capital expenses within the appertaining service areas of Horry & Georgetown counties. Comments should be addressed to the attention of:
