In 2016, Coast RTA created a committee comprised of passengers (from its fixed routes and paratransit services), drivers and community supporter to form its Service Advisory Committee. In 2024, Coast RTA revamped the committee as the “Community Transit Partners” to better reflect its mission and place in the community.
The Committee’s mission is is to provide honest, customer-oriented feedback to Coast RTA personnel on its bus service, customer service and other topics of interest.
The Committee strives to meet 3-4 times per year, or as needed, to discuss topics pertinent to the operations of Coast RTA and garner feedback for the Service, Public and Agency Coordination Committee (Service PACC) of the Board of Directors.
