Georgetown Routes 16 and 16 Express Delays

Starting today, November 23, 2016, 16 Express drivers will detour around the intersection of US 17S & N. Fraser. Please follow the following routing until further notice:

Transit US 17 S to Georgetown, SC as perour normal routing, after entering Georgetown, you will turn right onto Black River Rd. Follow Black River Rd to N. Fraser Rd, and veer right onto N. Fraser Rd North bound to N. Merriman Rd. and turn left onto N. Merriman Rd. Follow N. Merriman Rd to Duke St. and turn left onto Duke St. Continue to Lynch St. right and enter Georgetown Transfer Center.

Due to traffic pattern changes and/or street closures along US Highways 17, 701 and 521, Georgetown Routes 16 and 16 Express can expect delays over the next few months. Coast RTA’s current routes will not be affected but passengers may experience delays due to traffic congestion based on the traffic flow changes and closures through March 31, 2017.

Stay tuned as updates and road cloasures will be provided by Greenwall Construction Service seven days prior to each phase change.
